Good balance is important for so many of the activities we do every day.
It is hard to age well if we don’t have good balance but it is never too late to start to develop better balance.
Any time one foot comes off the floor a whole host of muscles engage to support the body on one leg.
Walking, running, going up and down the stairs… they all require the body to balance over and over again.
Balance exercise is as important as any other type of exercise and is key to aging successfully.
